1. Who we are

Carlink is a Malaysian electric cargo-tricycle brand. This site is operated by the company at ROOM1605, Menara Bank Pembangunan, Plaza Conlay, Jalan Conlay, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For privacy matters, contact inquiry@carlinkmy.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Company / organisation (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Model of interest (optional)
• Message / enquiry details

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange quotes or test drives;
• Follow up on the model and configuration you asked about;
• Maintain an internal record of enquiries (logged to our CRM / Google Sheet).

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Who else processes your data

We keep this site deliberately lean, but two service providers do handle your enquiry so that it actually reaches us:

• Resend — delivers the enquiry to us as email. Your name, email, phone, model and message pass through their servers.
• Google (Sheets) — stores each enquiry as a row in our private enquiry log, so a lead is not lost if an email bounces.

Both run servers outside Malaysia, so submitting the form involves transferring your personal data overseas. They act only on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Nothing is transferred anywhere else.

4. Legal basis & your rights (Malaysia PDPA 2010)

We process your data with your consent, given when you submit the form. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address above. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.

5. Data retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as necessary to serve your request and for ordinary business record-keeping, after which they are removed or anonymised.

6. Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect or store personal data — so no consent banner is needed and no individual visitor can be identified. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run session recording on this site.
